2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey 1/3 cup cornstarch3-4 teaspoons hot water

Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet using parchment paper. Mix the flour, egg, honey, peanut butter and water together in a bowl. Next, roll out the dough onto a floured surface. Cut out cookies using a cookie cutter. Bake the cookies for 18-20 minutes. Let the cookies cool in the oven. While the cookies cool, make the frosting. In a small bowl combine the peanut butter with honey. The mixture can be microwaved for 15 seconds. Stir and then continue to microwave until melted. Add the peanut butter mixture to the cornstarch. Stir until well combined. Finally, add the water one tablespoon at a stretch until the frosting is smooth and spreadable on the cookies.

Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet using parchment paper. Blend the almond butter, applesauce, eggs, and egg yolks until well combined. Add the coconut flakes, carrots, and oat flour to the mixture and mix until you get a dough. The dough should be sticky but not crumbly. The texture should be tacky but not crumbly.
